SIVAP is financed by 3 entities. These are the Government of Kenya (Gok) contributing 10 % of the project cost, African Development Bank (AfDB) with a loan covering 56% of the total project cost, and Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP) with a grant covering 34% of the project cost.v
